I have taught at various childcare centers and Schools for Yogamigos and Yoga Bears Kids Yoga.

It’s been a great experience teaching at Chilcares like Children First Salisbury, Green Leaves West Lakes, Imagine Blakeview, Eden Academy North Haven.

Special classes at schools like Adelaide Botanic High School, Stradbroke School, Happy Haven Oshc, Staff classes at Pedare Christian College, Unley High School have added to the great experience.

ABCD Yoga has been running Kids MINDFULNESS AND YOGA CLASSES since 2020 and it was a great exprience especially during the challenging times when we started with online and in person classes for Kids. We did all things possible. Asana, Breathwork, Mandala art, Vedic mantra Chant, affirmation work all that you can think of and kids absolutely loved it.
